The Title Laird means "land owner" and by purchasing one of our gift packs you will then own your very own piece of the Scottish Highlands by becoming the owner of part of the Kincavel Estate and having legal usage of the title "Laird". Laird is a title that can be used by men or women but the commonly accepted equivalent for women is "Lady".

Every Laird/Lady can visit the area where the plots are located - information about visiting your plot will be provided with your gift pack. Every plot of land purchased is helping to preserve areas of land in the Scottish Highlands.

The recipient of the gift pack wil then need to complete and submit the pre-paid registration card.

Following this he will receive a parchment personalised certificate inscribed with the name of the new Laird or Lady (e.g. 'Lady Sieglinde Fechtner') together with a credit card size 'Proof of Title' card with an individual reference number.
